How to Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you can track it at any time:
Via the Website or App
- Log in to your Nice One account
- Go to My Orders
- Select the order you want to track
- Click Track Shipment to see real-time updates
Via SMS/Email
You'll receive automatic SMS and email notifications at each stage of your delivery:
- Order confirmed
- Order dispatched
- Out for delivery
- Order delivered
Using the Tracking Number
You can also use the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email to track your package directly on the courier's website.
