How the Wallet Works
The Nice One Wallet is a digital balance stored in your account that you can use for purchases.
How to Add Balance
- Top up via credit/debit card, Mada, or STC Pay
- Receive refunds directly to your wallet
- Earn wallet balance through promotions and cashback offers
How to Use Wallet Balance
- Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout
- Under Payment Method, select Wallet Balance
- Your wallet balance will be applied to the order total
- If the order total exceeds your balance, pay the difference with another method
Wallet Expiry
Promotional wallet credits may have an expiry date. Check your wallet section in the app for details on any expiring balance.
