If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, here's what to do:
Step 1: Check Your Order Status
Log in to your account and check the tracking status. Sometimes orders are marked as delivered but may be with a neighbor or building reception.
Step 2: Wait 24 Extra Hours
During peak periods, deliveries may experience slight delays. Wait an additional 24 hours beyond the estimated delivery date.
Step 3: Contact Support
If your order is still not delivered after 24 extra hours, contact our support team with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and provide an update within 24 hours.
